Our fees are very reasonable compared to many other property search companies. This is because we keep our overheads to a minimum as we don’t have expensive offices to maintain or glossy brochures to print.
The high yielding properties, negotiated discounts and time saved on sourcing on your new investment will significantly outweigh our fees.
We charge a retainer fee of £500 per month. Once a week you will be presented with a report showcasing properties as well as the initial research and financials. We will aim at presenting you with at least 10 deals per month, which at £50 per property is far more competitive than any other sourcing agent out there.
Once you have your perfect property you will pay a sourcing fee of 2% of the purchase price or £2,000 minimum, for a successful property purchase.
